Penn-Ohio Rules & Payback apply for all classes.  75% Payback & 100% added money.

 

 

Pee Wee Rider – 10 years and under – pony 58” and under

Youth Rider – 18 years and under

Masters Rider – 39 and over

Jr. Horse – 5 years and under

All ages as of January 1^st, 2009.

 

RULES FOR TARGET RACE

Times from Open 2D Barrels, 2-D Masters Barrels or Youth 3-D Barrels & the Open 4D Barrels will be used for the Target Race Payout.  You must tell the entry booth which class + the 4D will be used for your target time. 

 

Target Race entry fee is $5.00 per horse/rider combination.  

80% payout & awards to Top 3. 

 

This entry fee must be paid before the close of entries for class # 3.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  

  
Down Barrels & Broken Patterns will be a NO TIME.  
No Points will be awarded in the Target Races to Penn Ohio members.

 

Both classes MUST be done on the same horse/rider combination.  NO EXCEPTIONS. The racer with the smallest difference between their two times will be the winner.  In case of a tie, monies will be added together & then divided in half evenly.

EXAMPLE:   
Ima Barrelracer            Youth               Time:  17.000               4D Time: 17.234     = 0.234
Katy Chase a Can        Masters            Time:  16.987               4D Time: 16.562     = 0.425
Billy Hit the Wall           2D Barrels        Time:  16.906               4D Time: 16.899     = 0.007

Billy Hit the Wall would be the winner with a difference of 0.007
