PENN OHIO BARREL RACING ASSOCIATION

200_ SHOW APPROVAL CONTRACT

 

1.  The show must contain an Open 4-D Barrel Race and at least two of the following

            (Please check/circle the classes which will be Penn Ohio approved)

A.   Open 4-D Barrel Race (must have at least $200.00 added money)

B.   3-D Youth Barrel Race (rider 18 years & under)

C.   Masters Barrel Race (rider 39 & over) or Masters 2-D Barrel Race

D.   Adult Barrel Race (rider age 19-38) or Open Barrels (2-D or straight)

E.   Junior Horse Barrel Race (horse 5 & under)

F.   Pee Wee Barrel Race (rider 10 & under, Pony 58” & under)

G.   Open Pole Bending or Open 2-D Pole Bending

 

2.  The Open 4-D and Youth 3-D must payback 100% of added money and 75% of the entry fees.

 

3.  Send a copy of your show bill to Penn Ohio at least 6 weeks prior to your show date so it can be provided to our membership on our web page.  Please send to pennohiobra1@yahoo.com Penn Ohio website is www.pennohiobra.org

 

4.  An electric timer must be used.  In event of a malfunction the rider may choose to either rerun or receive a refund of an entry fee.

 

5.  The completed Penn Ohio Point Sheet and a $75.00 approval fee will be given to a Penn Ohio Representative upon the completion of the show.

 

6.  This corporation will not sanction any barrel racing event where the committees prevent a member of Penn Ohio Barrel Racing Association from entering or participating in the event.  This rule is not intending to interfere in any respect with the rights of a show committee from ejecting a member of the corporation from the lands owned or lawfully possessed by the show committee, once the member is upon the show committee land for any lawful reason.
